*FTP and
*OFTP are Modernized
i-effect *FTP and *OFTP V1R3M1 have been tied to a complete renewal
and have been rewritten in Java. The direct commands for sending
and receiving (SNDFTP, RCVFTP and SNDOFTP, RCVOFTP) shorten the
former multi-step EDI processing.
Deposit sender and recipient information only once with a unique
central number for the particular communication profile. While administering,
you just declare the central profile number as ID in the command
parameter PROFILE. For each profile number you can define the specific
communication direction.

i-effect *FTP V1R3M1 supports enhanced sending and receiving of

detecting automatically the data record length. |

*OFTP
Supports X.25 over ISDN
i-effect *OFTP contacts optionally over a TCP/X.25 gateway, natively
over TCP/IP or over the IE net. The gateway/X.25 solution connects
over a X.25 able router via TCP/IP to the local net and routes the
OFTP transmission requirements to a native „X.25 over ISDN“
network. Customers who are going to use IE for EDI communication
can overtake the appropriate using contract of GE Global eXchange
Services (GXS).
*OFTP conforms to version OFTP 1.3 according RFC 2204 and meets
the recommendation 4914/2 of the German Association of the Automotive
Industry (VDA).

Increasing
and Varying Digital Signing by *SIGG+
Through simultaneous activating of two or more card reader devices
you can strongly increase the volume of electronic billing. You
can increase optionally the signing performance per hour, activate
the signing sessions time-shifted during your absence or administer
different signing processes of multiple enterprises within one company
group. In V1R3M1 the module *SIGG for assigning the qualified electronic
signature has been supplemented with *SIGG+ to activate additional
slots.
