Product Declaration by Manufacturers Stands for Security

The German Federal Network Agency has published the product declaration by manufacturers referring the signature software i-effect *SIGG in its official journal No 22/2007 at November 14th, 2007.
Therewith i-effect *SIGG has succeeded in achieving the last stage in gaining the juridically prescribed confirmation of security for users according to the Germany Signature Law.

According to § 17, section 4 of the German Signature Law (SigG), the Federal Network Agency is committed to publish product declaration by manufacturers referring software products for qualified electronic signature. The juridical mark of quality is exclusively reserved for complete applications whose usage conditions are specified according to the prescribed framework.

Since 2006 our customers already convince themselves from the high signing performance of i-effect. *SIGG signs natively on IBM System i PDF documents, EDIFACT message types and any other files. Taking advantage of digital signature, you can send invoices which are qualified for input tax deduction and thus in a highly secure manner reduce significant costs caused by manual handling and postal charges.

*SIGG Price reduced

The price of the module i-effect *SIGG has been reduced significantly from EUR 9.000 to EUR 7.500 from November, 1st 2007 on. Furthermore i-effect *HTTP is still available at launching price EUR 3.800,- until the end of the year. Moreover, customers with maintenance contract get an exclusive and attractive discount of 15% on each i-effect module, ordered until December 31st , 2007.
